Do you offer wholesale orders?
Yes! On a case by case basis. Please get in touch using the wholesale enquiry form, and we will come back to you with more information about time frames and pricing.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! Please get in touch (via Instagram dm is best) if you have something in mind that you would like, and we’ll get back to you with timelines and pricing. There is also the option of ordering a custom name cup via the website - these will be open for a limited time in limited quantities. Production of customs is approximately six - eight weeks.
What are your shipping rates?
Free shipping is offered for those who live in the Manawatū. For other orders, shipping is calculated by weight, and will automatically calculate at checkout.
When will my order ship?
We want your mugs to be in your hands as soon as possible, so we endeavour to process and ship your order out to you within 2-3 business days. We use NZ Post to ship, so delivery can take up to 5 business days, longer if shipping to a rural address.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only offer shipping New Zealand wide.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns in the rare case where an item arrives broken or damaged - although we take great care in ensuring that your pieces are wrapped and packaged carefully in order to avoid this. In the event of breakages, a refund will be provided as most items are one-offs. Change-of-mind returns will not be accepted.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
These handmade ceramics are dishwasher safe, however we recommend hand washing in warm soapy water in order to maintain the quality of the piece for a long and happy life.
